Not driven in a while and want to brush up your techniques or have to take your test again? Then why not contact me and book a refresher course. The course will be designed around your driving level and requirements, and can be as short or as long as you want.

Nervous about driving? I understand that driving for the first time or if you have had a bad experience through driving can be very daunting.  I can help you overcome your fears. My car is fitted with dual controls so I can help you control the car enabling you to concentrate on enjoying your lesson because you will know that whatever happens I'm there with you to help and support you.

What to expect…

• I am a non smoker

• I will not answer the phone while you are driving.

• I will never pick up other pupils during your driving lesson.

• I will not run personal errands during your driving lesson.

• I will pick you up from or drop you in a place convenient to you.

• I will never shout at you.

• I will use a Drivers Record Card to help monitor your progress.

• I will make you feel at ease and try and make the lessons enjoyable.

• I will go at a pace that makes you feel comfortable.

Before you start...
You need to be 17 and have a valid provisional licence. Complete a D1 form from the Post Office and send it to the DVLA with your passport or birth certificate and a passport-sized photo as ID.

Apply for it up to three months before your 17th birthday and you could book your first lesson for the big day

How Long will it take?
The most common question driving instructors are asked is "How many lesson will it take?".  It depends on your ability and the amount of practice you can put in. Research by  Driving Standards Agency shows that it takes approximately 44 hours of professional driving tuition plus as much as 20 hours of private practice
